Position Summary

We need a professional who can generate immediate business upon employment by sourcing in leads through his/her own network. Proven track record in sourcing IT Service projects from USA. Excellent communication skills and US Market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Business Development: Lead Business development, account mining and new customer acquisition efforts in assigned geographies.
  • Deal Qualification: Responsible for the initial qualification involving new and/or emerging business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Responsible for creating and building relationships that will result in additional revenue and revenue opportunity  within the geography. Interact with and influence CXO-level officers, top bureaucrats and decision-makers.
  • Sales Closures: Achieving revenue targets set
  • End to End Opportunity ownership: Own the business opportunity and client relationship from lead generation, proposal, sales closure,  delivery and operations/maintenance.

  • Identify business prospects in USA and UK Markets to offer IT Services.
  • Generate Leads through Creative lead generation model.
  • Conducting opportunity mapping as per organization strategy.
  • Effectively Micro implementing lead generation in sales strategy and generate projects for the company.
  • Studying Competitor activities and formulating strategies to garner market share.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Result-oriented – Strong personal drive to succeed and can-do attitude.
  • Able to prioritize given responsibilities.
  • Work on Non – Routine and complex business solutions skills to develop and grow the business.

Qualifications needed

  • Experience and passion are more important than academics. We give importance to Talent than Certificates.
  • We are seeking a seasoned talented sales professional in IT SERVICE SALES – US Market.
  • The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with creative and innovative thinking.
  • Highly effective communication, presentation, organization, coordination and business generation skills.
  • Additional knowledge on Digital marketing, Social media, Branding and marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience & Qualification:

  • Experience:  7-12 Years
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. MBA will be preferred.
