Position Summary

As a Business Analyst at Vmoksha Technologies, you will be performing as an interface between organization and customers with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.

What are we looking for?    

  • Requirements gathering methodologies, techniques, and processes (use cases, process flows, activity diagrams).
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse group executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exploit independent judgment to identify problems and provide solutions.
  • Build relationships with all functional areas and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in requirement analysis and solution design.
  • Ability to perform GAP Analysis.
  • Ability to understand and document product specifications.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing customer business processes and documenting business rules
  • Establish the scope of the project and communication channels.
  • Understand requirements and eliminate the gap between client expectation and final technical deliverable.
  • Preparing and maintaining documents related to the projects (WBS, BRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Work Flow Diagrams, and Query Logs).
  • Regular interactions with the developers and ensure knowledge transfer for delivering the Final product.
  • Conduct manual testing to ensure that final product is matching to the Client’s requirements.
  • Conduct market research as per organizational requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

Relevant Exp: 2 – 3 Years

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
