What are we looking for?

A highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Java Developer to implement innovative solutions

  • Strong in Core Java Concept & Object Oriented skills, including an understanding of common object and web application design patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Java design patterns (Session Façade, Business Delegate, Service Locator, Data Access Object, Dependency Injection etc.)
  • Experience developing and deploying web applications with Application servers utilizing Enterprise API and REST/SOAP/MICRO services
  • Experience implementing MVC (Model View Controller) framework using Struts, Spring (& Spring Boot) Framework
  • Hands-on experience with JDBC to communicate with Databases with knowledge of SQL, Queries, Stored Procedures and Triggers in databases like Oracle, MySQL

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and support Web-based Java applications, Web services, and Web interfaces.
  • Create user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces.
  • Server-side component design, detailed technical design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance
  • Reviewing and understanding business requirements working with cross-functional teams
  • Developing and enhancing product offerings in accordance with design and consistent with business objectives
  • Ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided and that issues are fully tested with minimal defects

Experience & Qualification:

Security Expert

Position            : Security Expert

Job Location  : Bangalore

Experience     : 3 – 8 years of relative experience in Security and Firewalls

Skills Sets Required

Main Responsibilities

  • Availability of Service related to Network Perimeter Services and its relating technologies
  • Perform troubleshooting for all incidents related to Network Perimeter Services
  • Escalate issues/incidents to proper teams/queues
  • Manage alerts & reports from Network Management Tools (NMS)
  • Use Network Management Tools (NMS) like Panorama, MRTG, NetFlow, SolarWinds, TACACS and other related tools.
  • Perform security device (Firewall, Prosy & SSL VPN) installations and upgrades
  • Perform non-standard changes on security devices
  • Develop security policy baselines for device deployments and ensure the baselines are followed
  • Develop documentation, perform product evaluation when required, and service integration for new and existing supported security products
  • Perform day to day operations on proxies which may include Create forwarding hosts on Bluecoat proxy SG and Perform Policy trace on Bluecoat proxy
  • Communicating to all stakeholders of current activities/issues
  • Provide 16/5 coverage and On-Call support.


  • Work experience in a production support environment is preferable.
  • 3 – 8 years’ experience in relevant technologies mentioned below
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in Remote Mgmt.
  • 3 – 4 years Firewall & VPN support and configuration (mandatory)
  • Experience in Proxy servers, content filtering and network management tools (desirable)
  • Experience in LAN/WAN support and configuration (optional)
  • Preferred Certifications Completed: CCSA, CCSP, JNCIA-SSL, Certified Network Security Engineer (CNSE) (Certification of Palo Alto Networks)
  • Knowledge of Network Management Tools (NMS) Panorama, SolarWinds, NetFlow, MRTG
  • Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and HTTPWATCH
  • Exposure to configuration and Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Knowledge of call ticket system (BMC Remedy, ITSM)
  • Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing technical security solutions, including firewalls and VPN’s
  • Strong understanding of IKE (ISAKMP and IPSEC) and SSL communication
  • Verifiable experience with on-site implementations of the following security devices:

- Palo Alto Network’s Next Generation Firewall,

- Cisco ASA Firewall,

- Juniper SSL VPN,

- Bluecoat Proxy SG.

  • Familiarity with Protocols like BGP, DNS, ICMP, DHCP, HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, TCP and UDP
  • Familiarity with MPLS and DMVPN
  • Hands on expertise on a load balancer (Cisco ACE / F5 LTM / Citrix Net scaler)
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Linux OS, Active directory and LDAP
  • Experience in creating and updating Visio diagrams

MS Exchange Administrator

Position            : MS Exchange

Job Location  : Bangalore

Experience      : 3 – 7 years of work experience in Unified communications (Exchange / Lync / O365) 

Education        : M.E / M.Tech /B.E / B.Tech/ Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Sets Required

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure escalations from local support /service Desk and cross team service providers are handled well and on time (handling Incident and Events as per agreed SLA P1, P2 etc.)
  • Responsible for solving complex issues on Lync systems covering all Lync workloads.
  • Responsible for operations incident handling of EV, BES, MDM, and Exchange through Incident and event management procedures.

  • Servers located in remote locations -24/7
  • To create/update WINS/SOP/Documents/How To
  • To Build and maintain Knowledgebase for the team

  • Knowledge of Exchange 2010 / 2013 administration, and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory technologies
  • AD LDAD related tools like LDIFDE and CSVDE
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting SMTP related issues
  • Knowledge on at-least one mobile technology based on Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
  • Incident Management processes
