Position Summary

As a Program Manager, you will be the visionary leader for the overall business objectives and goals of Vmoksha Technologies. You will need to define the list of goals and focus on strategy and implementation, and how to delegate the projects appropriately. Your role extends beyond the completion of individual project planning and looks at the long-term benefits of the whole program. You will be responsible for the whole PMO process.

The individual will need to solve day to day business problems for the PMO department, drive agenda with the automation & technology teams to build scalable solutions.   • Contribute to establishing program management practices, standards, and metrics
  • Plan, monitor and track project budget and financial metrics

  • Develop comprehensive PMO reports projecting the company prospects.

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of Program Managing experience in an IT organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business

Windows / Vmware Expert

Position           : Windows / Vmware Expert

Job Location : Bangalore

Experience     : 8+ years of experience in Windows / Vmware Administration

Education       : M.E / M.Tech /B.E / B.Tech/ Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Sets Required

Main Responsibilities

  • Work in shifts 16 x 5 + Out Office Hour support, typically rotating Bi- weekly
  • Use monitoring tools such as HP SIM, Microsoft SCOM and other  tools to review alerts about the infrastructure and take corrective actions
  • Remotely connect to servers, applications, network devices to troubleshoot faults or handle incidents
  • Use ticket tracking software to record all work activity, timesheet etc, following defined processes based on ITIL methodology
  • Communicate via phone and/or Email, follow up with global teams in Europe, America, Asia & Japan and resolve incidents
  • Troubleshoot every escalated case from L2 Teams and  check the opportunity to restore the service or give an acceptable workaround in order to meet the immediate business needs
  • Analyse every proposal from L2 and approve/reject
  • Analyse and fix Problem tickets, provide the RCA Report and solution(if not possible) work around to the Business
  • Follow defined Change and Problem Management processes
  • Read knowledgebase articles or vendor documentation to be up to date on the current technologies used within the infrastructure. Should be able to read documentation or procedures and take action based on defined steps
  • If the incident or ticket cannot be solved immediately, follow escalation procedure and assign the tickets to the appropriate teams and coordinate for resolution
  • Handle calls from Server and application support teams and provide accurate information for quick restoration of service
  • Take up activities, use lab infrastructure for self-study and improvement, present to other team members
  • Create Work Instructions and KEDB for L1 and L2 Teams
  • Be a good team player and handle pressures of  operations job
  • Follow Incident, Change and Problem Management processes as defined


  • In Depth Knowledge of Windows(2008/2012) Cluster Services (Software, Hardware,   Network Requirements, Shared disk, etc)
  • Installation and Setup of Cluster Services
  • Configuring the Quorum Disk, Shared Disk, Heartbeat, etc…
  • Managing the Cluster Resources (Failover, Failback, etc)
  • Good Troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Clustering
  • Upgrade & Migration of Cluster
  • In depth knowledge in Virtual Infrastructure Management (VC, ESXi Host & VI Client)
  • HA & DRS
  • VM Backup Technologies(E.g.: Snap Manager for Virtual Infrastructure from NetApp)
