Position Summary

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible to identify, capture and close new business opportunities to strategic clients, also manage established accounts and pursue new business opportunities from inception to close working complex sales cycles.

What are we looking for?

  • Execute email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline
  • Generate prospects by making phone calls, both warm and cold
  • Communicating company’s value proposition in a pitch to potential customers
  • Monitoring sales follow-up and progress from prospects to opportunities i.e. managing and tracking prospects.
  • Prepare daily, weekly activity and status reports
  • Prior experience in selling solutions to Healthcare domain is essential
  • Generate inquiries and sales lead through various channels including leveraging existing contacts and actively participating on various networking sites.
  • Leverage knowledge of Healthcare industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Ability to analyze information and convey information clearly to help prospects make buying decisions.
  • Having US accent is an added advantage to seamlessly communicate with US prospects and customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and execute email campaigns to generate new sales prospects and manage the pipeline
  • Follow-up with prospects by making phone calls, both warm and cold
  • Nurture the leads/prospects through various sales stages and also effectively communicate and present the complete value proposition.
  • Understand the business challenges of the prospect and patiently probing with questions matching with the solutions spectrum.
  • Demonstrate the solutions and impress the prospect of the success stories.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Coordinate with the field sales engineers and present with the opportunities that would require in-person meeting discussion.
  • Set-up in-person meetings with field sales engineers for extended discussions when needed
  • Support the development of project proposals; employ data gathering techniques and analysis in order to present proposed solutions to clients.
  • Assist in the assessment, design, and development of technical requirements and solutions.
  • Understand the prospect budget, expansion plan, and other progression plans

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives and quotas
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented
  • 3-year telemarketing / tele Sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Good Command over English language and ability to converse in the American accent
  • Organized and able to follow department processes and workflow.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Good understanding of all stages of complete sales cycle, and the ability to determine sales opportunities.
  • Good understanding how technology products and propose solutions solve business problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within department and across functions.
  • Good experience in using social media tools, for social-selling
  • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Relevant Exp: 3-5 Years
    • MBA and any relevant experience
